soy sauce1 T
Salt and pepper
1tomatosliced into wedges
Brown steak and onion in oil till brown. Remove. Sauté gr. pepper for 5 min. Mix soy sauce, cornstarch, water, salt and pepper and add to gr. pepper. Stir and cook until thick. Add remaining ingredients and heat through. Serve over rice.
