Goulash

Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 C sliced onion
  • 2 4- oz cans mushrooms sliced
  • 2 C uncooked noodles
  • 2 C tomato sauce
  • 2 C water
  • 3 T flour
  • 1/2 C water for thickening
Instructions
  1. Brown meat. Add other ingredients and stir. Using pressure cooker: cover, set control at 15 and cook 5 min after control juggles. Reduce pressure instantly. For a heavier consistency, this mixture may be thickened by cooking uncovered with mixture of flour and water, stirring constantly. (or cook in regular pan till noodles are cooked al dente)
