Tuna Biscuit Ring

  • 1/2 C snipped parsley
  • 1 tsp celery salt
  • 1 egg slightly beaten
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 C chopped celery
  • 1/4 C chopped onion
  • 2 cans tuna drained, 7-oz ea
  • 1/2 C shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • Biscuit dough
  • Cheese Sauce


  1. Heat oven to 375°. Reserve 2 T egg; set aside. Mix remaining egg, tuna, onion, celery salt, and pepper. Prepare biscuit dough; roll dough into rectangle 10x15" pan. Spread with tuna mixture. Roll up, beginning at wide side. Place seam-side-down in ring on greased baking sheet. Pinch ends together. With scissors, make cuts 2/3 of the way through ring at 1" intervals. Turn each section on its side. Brush with reserved egg. Bake 25-30 min. Serve with cheese sauce. (6 servings)
