
Strawberry Pretzel Salad
Ingredients
- 2 C pretzels
- 3/4 C butter
- 3 T sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 C sugar
- 3 C whipped cream
- 2 C water
- 6- oz. pkg. strawberry jello
- 2 10- oz. boxes frozen strawberries
Instructions

Crush pretzels. Melt butter and 3 T sugar. Mix with pretzels and place in a 9x13" baking pan. Bake 8 min. at 375° and cool.

Beat cream cheese and 1 C of sugar together and fold in whipped cream. Spread on cooled pretzel crust.

Add the strawberry jello into 2 C boiling water and stir until dissolved.

Add frozen strawberries and stir until berries are separated.

Put in refrigerator until it starts to set. Pour over the cream cheese mixture in the baking pan and let set in frig. for several hours before serving.
