Strawberries 'n Cream Mold
- 3 pkg strawberry-flavored gelatin 4-serv size
- 2 1/3 C boiling water
- 2 oz pkg frozen strawberries 10ea
- 3 pkg lemon-flavored gelatin 4-serv size
- 2 oz pkg cream cheese softened, 8ea
- 2/3 C mayonnaise
In lg bowl, dissolve strawberry gelatin in 2 1/3 C boiling water. Stir in frozen strawberries until gelatin is thickened and strawberries are thawed. Spoon into 12-C fluted tube pan. Chill until firm. In lg bow, dissolve lemon gelatin in 3 C boiling water. Chill until thickened but not firm. In med bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add mayonnaise; blend well. Beat thickened lemon gelatin until light-colored and foamy. Blend in cream cheese mixture. Spoon over firm strawberry mixture in pan. Chill until firm. Serve with sweetened whipped cream. 12 to 14 servings.
