Ingredients

  • 3 lbs gr. chuck browned in olive oil
  • 1 med Onion
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 jars tomatoes stewed
  • 1 can tomato sauce 29 oz
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp celery seed
  • 1 tsp oregano or basil
  • 1/4 C lambrusco
  • 1 shredded carrot
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 1/4 C cornstarch + water to thicken

Instructions

  1. Cook in big pot slowly (1 to 4 hours).
