
Spaghetti Sauce
Ingredients
- 3 lbs gr. chuck browned in olive oil
- 1 med Onion
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 2 jars tomatoes stewed
- 1 can tomato sauce 29 oz
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp celery seed
- 1 tsp oregano or basil
- 1/4 C lambrusco
- 1 shredded carrot
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1/4 C cornstarch + water to thicken

Cook in big pot slowly (1 to 4 hours).
