
Sour Cream Coffee Cake
Ingredients
- 3/4 C light brown sugar firmly packed
- 1 C chopped nuts
- 1/2 C seedless raisins chopped
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 3 C flour
- 1 1/2 tsp soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 C butter
- 1 1/2 C sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 C sour cream
Instructions

Combine brown sugar, nuts, raisins and cinnamon; set aside. Sift together flour, soda and salt. Cream together butter and sugar. Beat in 3 eggs, one at a time.

Stir flour mixture into butter mixture alternately with 2 C sour cream - stir until smooth; pour 1/3 of batter into greased 10" tube pan. Sprinkle with 1/3 of nut mixture. Repeat until all of batter and nut mixture is used. Bake at 350° for 1 hour 15 minutes. Cool in pan on rack.
