Sherie’s Chili

Ingredients

  • • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • • 1 medium onion – sliced
  • • 3-4 T. chili powder (the more chili powder the spicier it is)
  • • 1-2 T. cumin
  • • Dash or two of Tabasco sauce
  • tsp • 6salt
  • tsp • 3pepper
  • • 1 lg can crushed tomatoes
  • • 1 lg can diced tomatoes
  • • 1 can pinto beans
  • • 1 can black beans
  • • 1 sm can kidney beans

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef and onion. Add all other ingredients. Simmer, covered, 2 ½ hours then uncover and cook ½ hour. I sometimes add a little yellow mustard at the end, but lately, not so much.
