
Sherie’s Chili
Ingredients
- • 2 lbs. ground beef
- • 1 medium onion – sliced
- • 3-4 T. chili powder (the more chili powder the spicier it is)
- • 1-2 T. cumin
- • Dash or two of Tabasco sauce
- tsp • 6salt
- tsp • 3pepper
- • 1 lg can crushed tomatoes
- • 1 lg can diced tomatoes
- • 1 can pinto beans
- • 1 can black beans
- • 1 sm can kidney beans
Instructions

Brown ground beef and onion. Add all other ingredients. Simmer, covered, 2 ½ hours then uncover and cook ½ hour. I sometimes add a little yellow mustard at the end, but lately, not so much.
