
Sausage Stuffing
Ingredients
- 2 lb bulk sausage
- 2 C chopped celery
- 1 C chopped onion
- chopped cooked giblets
- 1/2 C chopped parsley
- 1 C sliced water chestnuts
- 1 pkg herb seasoned stuffing mix 16 oz
Instructions

Cook giblets - save broth. Cook sausage, celery, and onion till sausage is cooked through. Pour off fat. In large bowl, lightly toss sausage mixture with 1/2 chopped giblets, 1 1/2 C reserved broth, parsley, water chestnuts, and stuffing mix.
