
Salmon Patties
Ingredients
- Combine and let cool:
- 2 slices stale bread crumbled
- 1 T butter
- 1 C scalded milk
- Add:
- 1 can salmon drained, 1 lb.
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chopped onion
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 eggs
- Blend ingredients thoroughly.
- in Meltlarge skillet:
- 2 T butter
- 2 T unsalted fat
Instructions

Drop salmon mixture by lg. spoonfuls into hot fat. Flatten with spatula to make patties. Fry until brown on both sides. Makes 6 servings.
