
Rice Pudding
Ingredients
- 3 C cold water + 1 1/2 C rice and cover with lid until boiling and is tender do not overcook
- Maraschino Cherries optional
- Crushed pineapple
Instructions

Cool rice; add cherries and pineapple. Take 1 box vanilla putting; add 1/2 the amount of milk; cook; pour on the rice; mix well. Sprinkle cinnamon generously on bottom of pudding cup; add pudding and serve with milk if desired.
