
Pork Chops (5)
Ingredients
- tsp Blend 1/2 C catsup and 2dry mustard
- In another bowl blend:
- 1 C water
- 1 T sugar
- 1 T vinegar
Instructions

Brown chops, drain oil.

Salt and pepper chops.

Spread catsup mixture over chops.

Pour water mixture around chops.

Simmer over low heat 45 min or so.
