Ingredients

  • tsp Blend 1/2 C catsup and 2dry mustard
  • In another bowl blend:
  • 1 C water
  • 1 T sugar
  • 1 T vinegar

Instructions

  1. Brown chops, drain oil.
  2. Salt and pepper chops.
  3. Spread catsup mixture over chops.
  4. Pour water mixture around chops.
  5. Simmer over low heat 45 min or so.
