
Pepper Steak
Ingredients
- 1 in Sirloin steak slicedthin strips across the grain
- 2 T oil
- 1 slice Onion chopped
- 1 Green pepper chopped
- soy sauce 1 T
- 2 T cornstarch
- water
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tomato sliced into wedges
- Rice
Instructions

Brown steak and onion in oil till brown. Remove. Sauté gr. pepper for 5 min. Mix soy sauce, cornstarch, water, salt and pepper and add to gr. pepper. Stir and cook until thick. Add remaining ingredients and heat through. Serve over rice.
