Orange Poppyseed Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkg instant vanilla pudding & pie filling
  • 1 - 2 T poppyseed
  • 1 - 2 T grated orange peel
  • 1 C orange juice
  • 1/2 C cooking oil
  • 4 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° (325° for colored). Grease and flour 12-C fluted tube pan. In large bowl, combine all ingredients; eat 2 minutes at highest speed. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 50-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool upright in pan 45 minutes; turn onto serving plate. Cool completely.
