- 1 bottle cranberry juice chilled, 1 pt
- 1/2 pint soft orange sherbet
- 2-3 T sugar
- 1 bottle ginger ale chilled, 7oz
Combine cranberry juice and 3/4 C sherbet in lg bowl; beat with rotary beater or spoon until sherbet is melted. Add sugar to taste and ginger ale; stir to mix well. Spoon rest of sherbet into 3 or 4 tall glasses. Pour punch over sherbet. Serve at once.
