
ONE-PAN BURGER-BELL PEPPER SKILLET MEAL
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 sweet bell peppers chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 can tomatoes undrained, 14 1/2 oz
- 1 can tomato sauce 8 oz
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 1 tsp dried basil leaves
- 1 tsp dried oregano leaves
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup Rice
Instructions

In large skillet, brown ground beef (drain off extra fat); adding onion, celery, peppers and garlic; and sautéing for about 5 more minutes. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, spices, Worcestershire sauce and rice. Simmer for about 20 minutes or so. Serves about 4 people
