
Mexican Meat Sauce (large portion)
Ingredients
- in Brown large pot:
- 5 lb ground chuck
- 1/2 lg onion
- Blend till liquefied and greenish; add to meat:
- 1/8 oz fresh garlic
- 1/2 T heapingcumin
- 5 black peppercorns
- 1 1/2 C water
- Add to sauce:
- 2 T chili powder
- 1/2 T salt
- 3 C tomato sauce
- in Blend 1 1/2 C flour and 2 C water; add to sauce. Simmer till heated thru. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add more water if too thick. Cool meat sauceice water and putcontainers.

Add to sauce:

2/5 tsp salt

Blend 1/2 C flour and 1/3 C water; add to sauce. Simmer till heated thru. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add more water, if too thick. Cool meat sauce in ice water and put in containers.
