
Mexican Chicken Casserole
Ingredients
- tortilla chips
- shredded or chopped chicken
- 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
- 1 C milk
- 1 can chili salsa - mild
Instructions

Start making sauce: Mix and heat soup, milk and chili salsa.

Crumble tortilla chips into casserole dish.

Add a layer of cooked shredded or chopped chicken, then a layer of sauce mixture.

Repeat layers.

Top with shredded cheese and bake at 350° till bubbly.
