Mexican Chicken Casserole

  • tortilla chips
  • shredded or chopped chicken
  • 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
  • 1 C milk
  • 1 can chili salsa - mild


  1. Start making sauce: Mix and heat soup, milk and chili salsa.

  2. Crumble tortilla chips into casserole dish.

  3. Add a layer of cooked shredded or chopped chicken, then a layer of sauce mixture.

  4. Repeat layers.

  5. Top with shredded cheese and bake at 350° till bubbly.
