Marinated Carrots

Ingredients

  • tsp Cook until almost tender 2 bunches carrots sliced 1/4" thick lengthwise. Drain. Set aside. Slice 1 lg onion in rings, 1 gr pepper in slivers. Heat 1 can tomato soup, 1 C sugar, 1/2 C oil, 3/4 C white vinegar, 1salt, 1/2pepper., 2 lb

  1. Heat until sugar dissolved. Cool. Put onions and peppers on top. Add soup mixture. Marinate several days.
