Lisa's Quick Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 C chopped onions
  • 2 large can Hunt's tomatoe Sauce
  • 2 cans tomato paste 4 oz
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt or powder
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 lb lasagna noodles
  • 2 C ricotta or cottage cheese
  • 1 C shredded Mozzarella or Italian cheese mix of 4 or 5
  • 1/4 C Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown beef with onion. Add canned tomato sauces, garlic, basil, salt, oregano, and pepper. Set aside. Cook noodles, per package directions rinse in cold water, layer criss-cross on plate.
  2. In 12x8" baking dish alternate layers of meat sauce, noodles, meat sauce, cheeses, ending with cheese. Only use Parmesan to sprinkle over top.
  3. Bake in 350° oven 30 min. Remove from oven and stand 15 min. before serving.
