- 1 cube melted butter
- 1 C flour
- 1/2 C crushed nuts
- Line bottom of 9x13" glass casserole and bake at 350° for 10 min. Cool.
- ---2nd layer:---
- 1/2 large carton Cool Whip
- 1 large cream cheese
- Mix together. Spread on cooled 1st layer.
- ---3rd layer:---
- 2 small pkg. instant lemon pudding fixed according to package directions.
- Balance of 1/2 carton Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle 1 C chopped nuts on top.
- Note: Add fresh lemon rind to pudding for extra flavor.
