
Lemon Filling for Layer Cake
Ingredients
- 3/4 C water
- 1/2 C sugar
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp lemon extract
Instructions

Mix cornstarch and sugar; add boiling water and boil until clear. Remove from fire and add egg yolk and flavoring. Prepare before making cake.
