
Lamb Chops Oriental
Ingredients
- 1/4 C soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp dry mustard
- 8 lamb chops cut 2" thick
Instructions

Combine soy sauce, ginger, garlic salt and dry mustard. Marinate lamb chops in sauce for an hour or longer in refrigerator. Place chops on broiler rack and broil 8 inches from heat 12 min. Brush with sauce and turn. Brush second side with sauce and broil 12 min. Serve garnished with pineapple slices and maraschino cherries. Makes 4 servings.
