Joe's Chili

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs ground chuck browned
  • 2 sm onions sautéd
  • 7 tsp chili powder
  • 6 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 1 28- oz can whole tomatoes
  • 1 20- oz can stewed tomatoes
  • 2 C pinto beans cooked + 1/2" water
  • 4 lg spoons of mustard

Instructions

  1. Simmer, covered, 2 1/2 hours; then uncovered 1/2 hour. (I add 1 small can kidney beans and some cumin and hot sauce to taste. Also, I add a small round steak, cubed and browned with the ground chuck)
