
Joe's Chili
Ingredients
- 3 lbs ground chuck browned
- 2 sm onions sautéd
- 7 tsp chili powder
- 6 tsp salt
- 2 tsp pepper
- 1 28- oz can whole tomatoes
- 1 20- oz can stewed tomatoes
- 2 C pinto beans cooked + 1/2" water
- 4 lg spoons of mustard
Instructions

Simmer, covered, 2 1/2 hours; then uncovered 1/2 hour. (I add 1 small can kidney beans and some cumin and hot sauce to taste. Also, I add a small round steak, cubed and browned with the ground chuck)
