
Jiffy Tuna Skillet
Ingredients
- 1 Onion sliced
- 1 T butter or margarine
- 1 can frozen cr. of shrimp soup
- 1/2 C milk
- 1 C frozen or drained canned peas
- 1 in can tuna brokenchunks, about 1 C
- Dash pepper
Instructions

Sauté onion in butter till almost tender. Add soup, milk and peas, cover and heat just to boiling, stirring occasionally. Add tuna and pepper. Heat through. Serve over crisp, oven-warmed chow mein noodles or hot rice. Makes 4 servings.
