Hot Tuna Melt

Ingredients

  • 2 cans tuna drained and flaked, 7 oz
  • 1/2 C mayonnaise
  • 1/4 C sour cream
  • 1/4 C. parsley
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 long loaf French bread
  • 3 T margarine
  • 1/4 lb Swiss cheese thinly sliced
  • 1/2 C celery sliced

Instructions

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients. Slice bread lengthwise. Spread with margarine. Place cheese and tuna mixture between bread halves. Bake in 350° oven about 25 min. Cut into 6 servings.
