
Hot Tuna Melt
Ingredients
- 2 cans tuna drained and flaked, 7 oz
- 1/2 C mayonnaise
- 1/4 C sour cream
- 1/4 C. parsley
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1 long loaf French bread
- 3 T margarine
- 1/4 lb Swiss cheese thinly sliced
- 1/2 C celery sliced
Instructions

Combine first 6 ingredients. Slice bread lengthwise. Spread with margarine. Place cheese and tuna mixture between bread halves. Bake in 350° oven about 25 min. Cut into 6 servings.
