Hot Sauce

Course Sauce


  • dry red peppers
  • 3 C water
  • 1 tomato
  • Onion
  • 1/2 oz fresh garlic
  • Tomato sauce
  • granulated garlic
  • salt


  1. Fill blender with dry red peppers and rinse. Add 3 C water. Blend until the peppers are all ground up, then put in hot sauce container. Rinse out blender, empty water into hot sauce. Put one tomato cut up in blender, one onion, cut up, and 1/2 oz fresh garlic and a little water up to the 1 C mark. Blend together, empty into hot sauce. Fill 1/2 full with tomato sauce. Sprinkle in some granulated garlic and salt. Then stir it up well.
