
Heart Attack Potatoes
Ingredients
- 5 lbs potatoes – boil with skin on until tender
- In separate pan melt two butter sticks
- After melting butter add 2 C Whipping Cream.
- Stir to thicken
- Add 1 ½ C parmesan cheese.
- Stir to thicken
Instructions

Cool potatoes to touch – peal and cube

Put in a baking pan

Pour mixture of butter, cream and cheese over potatoes

Sprinkle parmesan over dish

Cook for 20 min in oven at 325 (I broil for a few minutes after to brown the top a bit)
