
Goulash
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 C sliced onion
- 2 4- oz cans mushrooms sliced
- 2 C uncooked noodles
- 2 C tomato sauce
- 2 C water
- 3 T flour
- 1/2 C water for thickening

Brown meat. Add other ingredients and stir. Using pressure cooker: cover, set control at 15 and cook 5 min after control juggles. Reduce pressure instantly. For a heavier consistency, this mixture may be thickened by cooking uncovered with mixture of flour and water, stirring constantly. (or cook in regular pan till noodles are cooked al dente)
