
Golden Puff Pancake
(also called a Dutch Baby)
Ingredients
- 3 large Eggs
- ½ cup Flour
- ½ cup Milk
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1.2 tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- Powdered Sugar
- Jam and/or fresh fruit for toppings
Instructions

In a blender combine eggs, flour, milk, sugar, vanilla and salt, blend until smooth. Let batter rest while oven preheats to 425 degrees F. Place butter in a heavy ovenproof skillet, place in hot oven for 1-2 minutes to melt (do not burn). Carefully swirl pan to coat with butter; pour in batter. Bake for 18-20 minutes, until pancake is puffy and deeply golden. Cool 5 minutes, dust with powered sugar, cut into wedges serve with jam or fruit. Refrigerate leftovers.
