Fruit Cocktail Cake

  • 1 pkg yellow cake mix
  • 1 lb 1-oz can fruit cocktail undrained, 2 C
  • 3 eggs


  1. Preheat oven to 350° (325° for colored fluted tube pan). Grease and flour 12-C fluted tube pan. In large bowl, blend all ingredients; beat 2 min at highest speed. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 45-55 min or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool upright in pan 45 min; turn onto serving plate. Cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or serve slices topped with custard sauce or topped with Commercial Butter Frosting.
