Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes peeled and diced
  • 4 in medium carrots peeled and cutstrips
  • 4 small onions peeled and quartered
  • 1 lb franks sliced
  • 1/4 C margarine
  • 2 T flour
  • 1 can cr mushroom soup
  • 1 tall can evaporated milk
  • 1 C water
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Sauté first 4 ingredients in the margarine about 5 min., stirring occasionally. Stir in flour, then remaining ingredients. Bring to boil, cover and simmer 35 min or until veggies are tender. Makes 6 servings.
