
Frankfurter Skillet Dinner
Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes peeled and diced
- 4 in medium carrots peeled and cutstrips
- 4 small onions peeled and quartered
- 1 lb franks sliced
- 1/4 C margarine
- 2 T flour
- 1 can cr mushroom soup
- 1 tall can evaporated milk
- 1 C water
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions

Sauté first 4 ingredients in the margarine about 5 min., stirring occasionally. Stir in flour, then remaining ingredients. Bring to boil, cover and simmer 35 min or until veggies are tender. Makes 6 servings.
