Cranberry Jello Salad


  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 C cold water
  • 2 lb cans whole cranberry sauce 1ea
  • 1/2 C sugar
  • 1 C diced peeled apple
  • 1 C chopped nuts
  • 1/2 C diced celery
  • Lettuce


  1. Soften gelatin in cold water. Mix with cranberry sauce and sugar. Cook 5 min. Remove from heat and add apple, nuts and celery. Pour into custard cups or muffin pans. Chill 1 hour, or until firm. Remove and put on lettuce.
