
Cranberry Jello Salad
Ingredients
- 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 C cold water
- 2 lb cans whole cranberry sauce 1ea
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1 C diced peeled apple
- 1 C chopped nuts
- 1/2 C diced celery
- Lettuce
Instructions

Soften gelatin in cold water. Mix with cranberry sauce and sugar. Cook 5 min. Remove from heat and add apple, nuts and celery. Pour into custard cups or muffin pans. Chill 1 hour, or until firm. Remove and put on lettuce.
