
Cheese Blintzes
Ingredients
Cream cheese mixture (blend well):
- 1/8 C sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 8 oz cream cheese
Other ingredients:
- one loaf white bread
- 1 C melted butter
- 1 C sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°.

Cut crust off one loaf white bread; roll flat.

Spread cream cheese mixture over each slice.

Roll up jelly-roll fashion.

Dip each in melted butter (1 C).

Roll in (1 C sugar-2 tsp cinnamon) mixture. Freeze.

Cut in 1/4's - Bake at 350° for 15 min.
