- 2 1/2 lb hamburger
- Salt & pepper
- 48 oz V-8 juice
- 2 cans cream of celery soup
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 lg bag frozen vegetables
Brown hamburger, onion, salt & pepper. Drain.
Add V-8 juice, celery soup, mushroom soup, frozen veggies.
Simmer 15 minutes.
