Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lb hamburger
  • Onion
  • Salt & pepper
  • 48 oz V-8 juice
  • 2 cans cream of celery soup
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 lg bag frozen vegetables

Instructions

  1. Brown hamburger, onion, salt & pepper. Drain.
  2. Add V-8 juice, celery soup, mushroom soup, frozen veggies.
  3. Simmer 15 minutes.
