Buster Bar Dessert
- Oreo Cookies approx. 25 finely crushed
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1/2 gal. Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1 1/2 C salted spanish peanuts
- 2 C powdered sugar
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk Eagle
- 2 C chocolate chips
Crush 25 Oreo cookies. Melt 1 stick margarine. In 9x13" pan, mix with 25 finely crushed Oreo cookies. Freeze until frozen.
Soften 1/2 gal vanilla ice cream. Spread softened ice cream over frozen crust in pan. Freeze again until frozen.
Spread 1 1/2 C salted spanish peanuts over frozen ice cream. Freeze again until frozen.
Combine 2 C powdered sugar, 1 stick margarine, 2 cups chocolate chips and 1 can sweetened condensed milk in saucepan. Heat (or simmer) approx. 8 minutes. Cool.
Pour sauce over frozen peanuts/ice cream. Note: sauce must be cool before pouring over peanuts. Freeze again.
