Ingredients

  • 1 Tri-tip
  • 2 sm cans green chilis
  • 1 lg can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic

Instructions

  1. Cut meat into small chunks.
  2. Slice and chop chilis.
  3. Chop onion and garlic.
  4. Put these ingredients into pan with tomato juice and squeeze tomatoes over mixture, then simmer 4-6 hours or until meat is tender and shredded.
