
Bistro Shoestring Potatoes
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs potatoes - cut into thin strips leave peeling on
- 1 tsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Place potato strips in a ziplock bag with olive oil, salt and pepper. Shake vigorously to combine. Spread mixture on a larger cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. No turning required. Delicious and Very low fat!!
