Ingredients

  • 1 egg white
  • 1 T water
  • 1 lb pecans
  • 3/4 C sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Beat egg white and water until frothy.
  2. Mix 1 lb pecans in egg mixture.
  3. Then fold in sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Put nuts on lightly greased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake at 250° for 1 hour stirring frequently.
