- 1 egg white
- 1 T water
- 1 lb pecans
- 3/4 C sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
Beat egg white and water until frothy.
Mix 1 lb pecans in egg mixture.
Then fold in sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
Put nuts on lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 250° for 1 hour stirring frequently.
