Baked Carrots

Course Side Dish

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb bacon
  • 2 lbs Carrots
  • 1/2 med Onion
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook at least ½ lb of bacon
  2. Peal and shred 2 lbs carrots
  3. Dice (finely) ½ med onion
  4. Saute diced onion in bacon grease
  5. Add shredded carrots
  6. Chop up bacon and add to carrots until warm
  7. I add pepper
