
Baked Carrots
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb bacon
- 2 lbs Carrots
- 1/2 med Onion
- pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook at least ½ lb of bacon

Peal and shred 2 lbs carrots

Dice (finely) ½ med onion

Saute diced onion in bacon grease

Add shredded carrots
-
Chop up bacon and add to carrots until warm
